What size should I order?+

Our shoes run true to size. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for flats and sandals, and sticking with your usual size for sneakers. Check each product page for specific size guidance.

How long does shipping take?+

Standard shipping within the US takes 5-10 business days. Express shipping (2-3 days) is available for an additional fee. International orders typically arrive within 7-14 business days.

What is your return policy?+

We offer free 30-day returns on all orders. Shoes must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.

Are your shoes vegan?+

Yes! All GemCheer shoes are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We use recycled knit uppers, natural rubber soles, and eco-friendly foam cushioning.

What payment methods do you accept?+

Do you ship internationally?+

Can I cancel or change my order?+
